Feedback from Our Athletes:

“Thanks.   I had a great experience on Sunday.   The event was efficient and well organized, staffed by plenty of helpful volunteers."   Attending your clinic eased my nerves, smoothed transitions, and made for a shorter swim (sighting those buoys kept me straight).”

“I just wanted to say thanks for a great race day! Thanks for helping me believe that I could do it and for being so encouraging.”

“Excellent event - you guys rock - everything is smooth, results posted a day earlier!”

“It was a great day and a great race. Organization was A+.”

“Thanks for the great triathlon. I definitely enjoyed the entire thing.”

“That was one one of the most welcoming towns I have been to at a Triathlon. The Top three overall received the best prize package of any triathlon I have done. Thanks!!”

“Big thumbs up for this race. I will do it again and recommend it to my friends. Thank you for providing such a great event!”

“Volunteers at most triathlons I've done are almost always positive and helpful, but the volunteers at Luray really deserve a special thank you for their extraordinary friendliness and hard work. They were really a gem in what turned out to be an amazingly well run inaugaural race.”

“Race volunteers were extremely friendly, and the bike and run courses were very nice. I will definitely do this race again next year.”

“The scenery was just beautiful and the weather was perfect. Some nice little red birds were singing as the warm sunny shine was rising..... euh all right, back to the race report.”

“This was not only my first triathlon, but my first race of any kind. The course was awesome and the weather was perfect. I had an absolute blast and can't wait for my next race.”

“The clinic the week before was really good, too. It was nice to be able to go over the course with no pressure and I found it to be a real confidence builder. It was fun to meet other beginners, talk about different experiences, and share the camaraderie.”

“All in all a great race that I will make it a staple in years to come. There was great food and camaraderie to be had. The weather couldn't have been better and it was truly great race and day to be had by all.”
