Race Distance
Description
Any (Custom) Designed for the intermediate and elite level athlete on a budget but still desiring to excel, custom plans are built around your unique races and goals and will be crafted for any distance.
Full Distance (140.6 Miles)
Developed for novice and intermediate triathletes competing in an Ironman® or other iron distance triathlon.
Half Distance (70.3 Miles)
Developed for novice and intermediate triathletes competing in an Ironman 70.3® or other half distance triathlon.
Sprint and International distance

Triathlon in a Box is the complete practical training guide to sprint and international triathlon training.  Includes both sprint and international 15-week training plans.

Special training plans are also available for the the Luray and Shenandoah Valley Triathlons.
