Follow these steps to purchase your plan:
Step 1: Sign up for a free "Basic Account" with TrainingPeaks (or log into your existing account).
Step 2: Choose your race (click on race name below or click here if your race is not listed):

Step 3: Pay a one-time fee through TrainingPeaks to purchase the plan and receive the plan automatically into your TrainingPeaks account.
Step 4: Download the Triathlon Training Guide and Build and Maintain eBooks from the starting day of your plan.
Step 5: Start training!
FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
1. What if my race is not listed above?
We have non-race specific training plans that can be set to end on any race date including an 8-Week Base Build Plan. We can also build a custom training plan for you.
2. What are the minimal physical requirements for following plan?
Prior to beginning any of these Ironman-distance training plans, you should be able to complete the following workouts:
- Swim: 500 meters or yards continuously
- Bike: 1.5 hours continuously
- Run: 45 minutes continuously
3. What plan lengths are available?
Training plans are available in 24-, 18- and 10-week lengths. You can also purchase a custom training plan that is built just for you.
